JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 691 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was carrying rifle during the Taziya juloos.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been named only on the basis of suspicion and no recovery is made from the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.
