Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Spl. Case No. 1172 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and 27(b)(ii)/28RW and 36 Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he is involved in trade of cough and syrup and other intoxicant drugs and injection.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10698 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 injection was seized from one Raja Kumar and on his disclosure the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lac) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions cum Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Spl. Case No. 1172 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
