The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 109/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and the husband of the deceased was put on trial.

Considering the facts that the informant has given a complete go-bye to the prosecution story and, therefore, the husband of the deceased was acquitted, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the

No.22405 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria, in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 109/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
