Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.139 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for nine months approximately whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that there is recovery of one loaded country made pistol from the petitioner who has two criminal antecedents out of which one is of the Arms Act. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.139 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai.
