2. The present writ application has been preferred for: issuance of fresh Purcha of home seed land cancelling the Purcha issued under Purcha Case No.19 of 1983-84 by which a Purcha of 9 decimal land has been issued under Pachrukhi Mauza in Khata No.

424, Plot No. 662 vide order dated 16.04.1984 in favour of Gudai Mahto, cosharer of husband of petitioner and Bhola Mahto, husband of petitioner but later on family of petitioner has been ousted from said plot on the ground that it has been decided by civil court that allotted plot belongs to Ashok Singh and others, as for grant of any other suitable relief/reliefs for

Patna High Court CWJC No.14935 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 which petitioner is entitled in the eye of law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it seems that the grievance has been redressed as per the counter affidavit of respondent nos. 3 and 5 and as such he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to move afresh if grievance remains.
