JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that all the petitioners assaulted to the informant and his father. There is case and counter case. Some of the injuries allegedly caused by the petitioners, were found simple and regarding one of the injury, opinion is reserved.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
