Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through Virtual mode.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and others armed with Lathi and Iron rod assaulted the informant, due to that, he sustained head injury. It is also alleged

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against him. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken place between the parties. Subsequently, the matter has been compromised between the parties and in respect of that a joint compromise petition on behalf of the informant and the petitioner and others has been filed in the learned court below. The said joint compromise petition is Annexure-3 to the present bail application.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.
