2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before the respondent no. 6 but till date no action has been taken.

3. Consideration the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3694 of 2022(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent no. 6, the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
