ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.01.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 34455 of 2013 on condition that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedent. However, since one other case is pending against him, such affidavit could not be filed and he could not avail the benefit of the order.

Considering that second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below within a period of six weeks. On such appearance the Court below shall consider all aspects of the matter including that this Court has found the petitioner fit to be released on anticipatory bail.

With these observations, the application stands disposed of.
