2. The present matter has been listed on the basis of motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioner pointing out some typographical errors in the order dated 07.09.2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the spelling of "Upgradd Midle" in paragraph no. 2 of the order is incorrect. He further submitted that the case of Mahesh Prasad Yadav relates to C.W.J.C. No. 3434 of 2017 whereas at paragraph no. 3 of the order it has been erroneously typed as C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2017.

4. Having considered the matter, the Court finds

Patna High Court CWJC No.16669 of 2016 (3) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 substance in the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view thereof, let the words "Upgradd Midle" in Line No. 8 of paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 07.09.2017 be read as "Upgraded Middle". Similarly, at paragraph no. 3 of the order, the number of the case be read as "C.W.J.C. No. 3434 of 2017" instead of "C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2017".

6. Accordingly, the order dated 07.09.2017 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
