JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner and others were consuming electricity energy unauthorisedly through naked wire when one Nanda Manjhi got electrocuted, subsequently dead body of Nanda Manjhi was buried with the help of other accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation at best the case under Section 304A IPC is made out.
The aforesaid fact constitutes good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

No.13368 of 2015 (3) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
