Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections- 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, section 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38913 of 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2016.
