Petitioner seeks bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the allegation the petitioner caused fire arm injury in the right arm of the informant. The injury report has been enclosed wherein the Doctor has found simple injury on the shoulder of the informant caused by hard blunt substance. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
