2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paru P.S. Case No. 382 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 452 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of raping his own pregnant bhabhi.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the serious nature of allegation, I am
