The petitioner seeks bail in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

35 liters country made liquor made of Mahua is said to have been recovered by the side of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.04.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 41 days.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21370 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017.
