Mr. Indu Kumari Srivastava ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case no. 359 of 2021 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant was going on her work the accused persons along with petitioners with common intention to assault her and again raised illegal demand of ten lakh rupees. It is further alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12964 of 2022(3) dt.07-11-2022 2/3 that when the informant's husband came for rescue the accused persons also harassed and assaulted him. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this present case. It is further submitted that the demand of ransom money has not executed. The injury sustained by injured is simple in nature which is annexed as Annexure no.2. They have got no criminal antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the state and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case no. 359 of 2021, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
