JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 614 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner gave knife blow to the informant on his neck, face, stomach etc. The injury report has been annexed as Annexure-2 wherein doctor has found injuries on his left arm, left forearm and left palm. All the injuries were opined to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22803 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
