JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 26.03.2019 in revision before the Divisional Commissioner.

Permission is granted. This application is disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

In case such a revision application is preferred by the petitioner within a period of thirty days from today the same shall be considered by the Divisional Commissioner in accordance with law and in case any question of limitation arises for consideration, the same shall be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
