The petitioner is accused in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 arising out of S.T. No. 287 of 2016 registered under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court by order dated 23.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 49488 of 2016 granting liberty him to renew his prayer after framing of charge vide annexure 1 and now the charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2016 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let
