This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 379, 461 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended at the spot, when he was fleeing away with the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2017. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of six months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Louria P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court.
