Mr. Sri Harendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 971 of 2017 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 413 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the wife of the deceased who in her written complaint has stated that her husband Ashok Mandal had gone to the residence of her sister-in-law Snehlata Devi, where he had been killed in a conspiracy hatched by Snehlata Devi, Jitendra Mandal, Arvind Mandal and Vijay Mandal and his body was thrown near railway track. Post mortem examination report suggests multiple injuries on the body of the deceased. Petitioner has been named in the FIR only on the basis of suspicion and there is no incriminating material against

It has further been submitted that one of the co-accused Vijay Kumar has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court which would appear from Annexure-2 of this petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd ADJ, Bhagalpur, in connection with S.T. No. 971 of 2017 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 413 of 2017.
