The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 235 of 2021 lodged under Sections 304(B), 34 of Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation made in the FIR, the informant narrates that marriage of his daughter has solemnized with one Sunil Das, who demanded one lac rupees and one motorcycle from her daughter, in this regard there was panchayati took place between the family of husband and wife. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that being the friend of Sunil Das, he along with one Vikky Das assaulted the son of informant Amit Das, but the allegation to kill Rupa Devi and Bittu Kumar is upon mother-in-law, father-in-law and not upon the present petitioner.

No.13005 of 2022(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has figured in this case only and only due to the reason that he is a friend of Sunil Das (husband of the deceased). He further submits that he is in jail since 14.11.2021, whereas other friend of the petitioner namely Vicky Das has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12123 of 2022.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case that the present petitioner is co-villager and friend of Sunil Das (husband of the deceased) and similarly situated person has been granted anticipatory bail by this court, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M,-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 235 of 2021, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.c.
