2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 312 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(5), 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim with lathi etc.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 312 of 2024.
