JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-03-2019 The petitioner, who is one of the aspirants for being appointed as Anganbari Sevika under Ward No. 6, Anganbari Centre No. 283 in the District of Darbhanga, is aggrieved by the preparation of the merit list where she has been placed at the bottom on the ground of her not hailing from posahaar area. Later, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

2. No such letter of rejection has been brought on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

However, since the petitioner is aggrieved by her being placed at the bottom of the merit list, leaving practically no chance of her to be considered for appointment, she has an option of making a complaint/representation before the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga (respondent No. 3), detailing her grievances.

4. Should such a complaint/representation be filed before the District Programme Officer, Darnbanga (respondent No. 3) within a period of four weeks from today, the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga (respondent No.

3) shall, after affording hearing to the parties and verifying the records, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
