Vide order dated 30.11.2021, this Court had directed the Court below to submit status report of trial in connection with Nagar Kadirganj P.S. case No. 225 of 2020. The report contained in letter no. 161 of 2021 dated 04.12.2021 is on the record and from perusal of the same, it appears that the trial is likely to be completed by the end of January, 2022.

As the trial is already at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after three months from today if no substantial progress takes place in the trial within the period as informed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge X, Nawada.
