Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections25 (1-b)2, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the alleged recovery is false and concocted. Petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
