Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor.

Submission is that the petitioner is handicapped from both the legs. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of this case and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
