2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harinmar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 498 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have killed the daughter of the informant.

4. The petitioner is the Bhasur of the deceased. There are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19782 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Munger in connection with Harinmar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023.
