Petitioner is accused in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 30(a), 33, 33(a), 36, 41, 47 and 52 of Bihar Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Allegations are not specific against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against other co-accused persons. Seizure list is not in accordance with law. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.02.2017.

Case No. 29 of 2017.
