Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur PS Case No.736 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that while the informant was going to bank to deposit Rs.1,50,000/-, on the way some miscreants robbed him of the cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, he was also not put on TIP, the only material transpires in the case diary is that he was seen moving around the place of occurrence prior to the occurrence and he is in custody since 03.12.2016.

No.12261 of 2018(3) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ranjeet Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur PS Case No.736 of 2016 with following conditions:

(1) One of the bailors must be the close family member of the petitioner.

(2) The petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the trial court as and when required and if he absents himself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled. (Arun Kumar, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
