The Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S.

Case No. 692 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 22.12.2016.

Keeping in view the period spent in custody by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20797 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner and the petitioner having clean antecedent, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 692 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
