JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 384 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended in the campus of BISCOMAUN by the police, who got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner to the effect that this petitioner used to do the work as Broker in the D.T.O. office. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.02.2017.

No.15113 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Maidan P.S.
