JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 On alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 14.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 17890 of 2015, the present contempt application has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the State is considering the claim of Instructors and Supervisors under the Non-Formal Education Scheme favourably, rejection of his claim being a Trainer, under the resolution dated 09.05.2018 is not sustainable.
