The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 307, 147, 149, 285, 436 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.8.2021 (Annexure-1) giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for after six months. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Further coaccused Rajgrihi Singh and Bunty Singh have been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.1.2022 passed in Cr. Misc no. 17954 of 2021.

Heard learned Special PP for the State.

No.13107 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the liberty granted by the aforesaid order dated 24.8.2021 as also grant of anticipatory bail to the above named two co-accused persons, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 217 of 2021 (arising out of Sikraul P.S. Case no. 123 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Buxar.
