2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 553 of 2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 420, 417, 120B, 418 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of prayer of bail by the petitioner, earlier as such his prayer was rejected by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14542 of 2023.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.

6. From perusal of the trial Court report dated 01.04.2024, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

7. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time without fail.

8. The District Magistrate, Patna and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna are also directed to take necessary steps to produce the witnesses on the date fixed by the trial Court so that the trial could be concluded within stipulated period of time.
