JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that thought the application was filed for quashing of the order by which cognizance was taken, however, during the pendency of the case, charges have been framed and some witnesses have been examined.

2. Accordingly, he submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage.
