Petitioners seek bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 521 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner are in custody since 22.12.2016. They are Father-in-Law and Mother-inLaw of the deceased. As per the allegation in the written report daughter of the informant was married with Rambali Viswakarma, who used to torture her along with other family members for establishing business. The informant in the morning of 21.12.2016 at about 7:30 am, received a telephonic message from one Md. Armaan, that his daughter had died. From the written report, it

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond each of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 521 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
