Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the FIR is not clear whether the petitioner got appointment of teacher by impersonating him as genuine person or he produced forged certificate at the time of his appointment or he produced forged appointment letter. Even if the offence is presumed to be correct cheating by impersonation is a bailable offence. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12689 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Atri Police Station Case No.34 of 2004, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
