Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.154 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that there is delay of ten days in registering the first information report; reasons for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21994 of 2021(6) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 occurrence is of land dispute; parties are agnates and injuries have been found to be simple in nature, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.154 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
