2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 19.10.2024 passed by the learned Sub Judge-II, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur in Title Suit No. 840 of 2012 whereby and whereunder the learned trial court rejected the applications filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code').

4. Apparently, against such order, civil revision would lie and the petitioners have wrongly approached this Court by filing civil miscellaneous petition.

5. Faced with situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to convert the instant civil miscellaneous petition into civil revision petition under

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.405 of 2025(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 Section 115 of the Code.

6. As prayed, the learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to do so within three weeks.
