The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died on account of burn injuries within seven years of her marriage and, furthermore, I find that there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner and his in-laws.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not think it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8837 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, /concerned court stands rejected.
