The petitioner seeks bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014 registered under Section 216 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

From the house of the petitioner, Mithilesh Kumar and Suresh Manjhi were apprehended. From the possession of Mithilesh Kumar, arms and ammunitions were recovered and from the possession of Suresh Manjhi, one diary was recovered. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.02.2017 and he has remained in jail for more than three months and he has got no criminal antecedent.
