Case No. 169 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 354, 379, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Since the petitioners were on police bail as also the case is under Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is not maintainable.
