This application for regular bail arises out of Sarai P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 387, 307, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It appears that trial has substantially progressed and appears to be on the verge of conclusion. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the petitioner's prayer for grant of regular bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
