The petitioner is accused in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), 38(1) (2), 41(1) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only on suspicion. He is not concerned with the recovered liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2017.
