Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2016.

Submission is that the investigation is already complete. The petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11422 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur Police Station Case No.150 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
