The petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.325 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

A raid was conducted in the rented house of the petitioner at Churi Bazar, Madhubani and on search, country made pistol, live cartridges and one magazine were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner after being arrested made accused in three other cases but in all the three cases, the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is in jail since 06.09.2019. The petitioner has remained in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts that one country made pistol

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10777 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 along with three live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for about six months, petitioner, namely, Abhishek Mishra is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.325 of 2019.
