The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 109 and other sections of the I.P.C. According to the prosecution, the petitioners are alleged have blocked the road at Baghaili More on S.H.76 after putting a dead body on road. They made hue and cry and tried to snatch the arms from the police officers.

It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioners are false. The villagers were protesting against the murder of a person and the police was trying to shield the name of accused persons. No force was used. It appears that there is no allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations aforesaid, petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8104 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S.Case No.120 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
