The petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section-395 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping the victim lady. The statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that she had been kidnapped by the petitioner and, was taken to different place and also committed rape with her.

Therefore, this court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected at this stage.
