Petitioner seeks bail in Matiyariya P.S. Case No.60 of 2017 instituted under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 504 and 34 of I.P.C.

It is contended that the petitioner is neighbour of the informant, due to dispute he has been implicated in this case by a married lady. Moreover, he has clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.10.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West
